Parque Escondido is a tropical paradise on 1 1/2 acres gated for privacy. Newly constructed in the hacienda style, it is a short 15 min walk or 3 minute drive to the beach. It is close to Todos Santos Centro and an easy walk to neighborhood restaurants and markets. The main house has two master suites, one with a king bed and one with two queens. Each bedroom has expansive sliding glass doors leading out to patio space. Outside staircases on each side of the house lead to two independent studio suites each with a king size bed, bath, and kitchenette. All suite rooms have expansive glass doors leading out to the second floor terrace. The third level rooftop terrace is a perfect place to watch the sunset over a filtered view of the ocean or to watch the sunrise over the Sierra De La Laguna Mountains.
