It is a short 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the beach.
Enjoy a swim anytime of the day or night in the new large pool,
With a beautiful deck and a extensive BBQ area & outdoor furniture.
It is close to Todos Santos Centro, an easy walk to neighborhood restaurants & markets.
The main house has two master-primary suites,
one with a king bed and one with two queens.
Each bedroom has expansive sliding glass doors leading out to patio space.
Outside staircases on each side of the house lead to two independent studio suites,
each with a king size bed, bathroom & kitchenette.
All suite rooms have large glass doors leading out to the second floor terrace.
The third level rooftop terrace is a perfect place to watch the sunset over a filtered view of the ocean or to watch the sunrise over the Sierra De La Laguna Mountains.
